Shipping Info

I ship internationally with all parcels shipped by Australia Post.
When I dispatch your order, I will give you a tracking number for you to track the progress of you order.

RATES

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination region and calculated at the checkout.

DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES

Once your order has been placed, it will usually be dispatched within 2 – 3 business days (unless it is a Print on Demand product). I kindly ask for your patience as this handling period may vary, for example, if I have a high volume of orders. 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Unfortunately there are no guaranteed delivery times, however as an approximate guide, you can generally expect the following postage timeframes:

Australian (domestic) orders: 2 – 7 business days

International orders: 8 – 20 business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, import duties, or any other additional charges by your government. As the recipient, you are completely responsible to pay for any of these fees incurred. Customs also may incur a delivery delay, which is out of my control. 

DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery Address

It’s your responsibility to make sure that your postal address details are correct – I won’t be responsible for any incorrect or failed delivery if you don’t supply current, accurate postal address details. If your order is undelivered due to your error and returned to me, I reserve the right to require you to pay further postage fees for the return and re-send of the goods. If you realise you have given an incorrect delivery address, please send an email ASAP in the possible instance it has not yet been dispatched: hola@livelee.com.au

Lost in Transit

If you’re concerned that your order has been lost or misdelivered, I ask that you contact me at hola@livlee.com.au as soon as possible, so that I can assist you in filing a lost package claim. I am not responsible or liable for any lost or misdelivered orders, or if your order is stolen after delivery.

Risk

Risk in each order passes to you on delivery to your nominated address. If the parcel has been left unattended at the delivery address, the order will be taken to have been delivered. If you ask me to deliver to an address and you’re not there, but someone else at the address signs or accepts the parcel, the order will be taken to have been delivered on leaving the order with that person.
