Banksia riso print – A5
Banksia A5 risograph print on 215gsm white Freelife Vellum stock. This is my wonky and loose interpretation of a banksia at a sweet smaller size – hang on its own or with another of the A5 flower series! Signed by Liv on the back of the print.
Risograph printing is produced from a type of printer that was created in Japan in the 80s and produces results like no other. The printing method often produces flaws, such as mis-registration and sometimes uneven ink coverage – but it is these flaws that give riso prints such a unique aesthetic and makes every riso print slightly different to the next.
Long story short, your print may be slightly imperfect but this is all part of its charm!
